You are very important to me so if I am on a shoot please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

SCHEDULING

Please schedule by phone when possible. I can certainly take your emails and texts but I find the phone smoother.

When you are ready to book please leave me or send me your contact info and a few days and times that will work. I will hold the earliest appointment for you until we can confirm.

I can usually schedule within two weeks unless you need a weekend. Though not all of my specials apply on weekends they book up very quickly.

Usually my appointments are

Monday - Friday
11:00 to 1:00
2:00 to 4:00
5:00 to 7:00

Saturday & Sunday

These tend to be long sessions
and so each weekend is different.

Let me know what you need and we will make it work.

NOTES - Prepare for your Headshot session

ABOUT

What's it like to be a photographer?

It's a job just like any other except - I LOVE the time I get to work with people. It's not glamorous the way most people think it is. It really is much more than taking photos. Working for yourself is hard. Making a living in the arts is even harder. Every wonderful hour that I get to spend with you and my camera is backed by many many hours behind the scenes making sure everything is perfect. Also I backup everything I do just in case your copies get lost or damaged and that all take A LOT of time. However, the look on your face, the notes and emails from you, all tell me that the extra effort I put in is all worth it and appreciated.

How come no matter what you photograph your images seem to speak?

I capture what I feel. I believe that a photo needs to express more than the camera could see. From head shots to performances my work has a signature of emotional conveyance. I can photograph ANY subject. Not just because of my technical skills but because I am actually  photographing how I feel or want someone to feel about it (or you).

Have you always wanted to be a photographer?

I have always wanted to work with people. My love for people, my artistic eye, my passion for photography and communication all work together to give me an edge. I always capture that something extra because I can see and feel that something extra in you and in the world around me. I just photograph what I feel. I have always wanted to work with people and try to make the world a better place. I just so happen to be gifted with a camera. BUT... YOU are why I am a photographer because I love to make people happy and I can do that with a camera.

What else motivates you?

I believe that I have to give back to the community and others or my life is useless. I struggle sometimes finding ways to use my art to help others but I do. I donate quite a few sessions each year for fundraisers. I volunteer my time to a few non-profits. I also am creating art to raise awareness of causes that are dear to my heart.
